Dr. Uli Erxleben serves as the Founder and CEO of Hypatos, a company based in Berlin and New York that specializes in developing machine learning software for document processing automation. Uli holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen, as well as a Ph.D. in Finance from TU Darmstadt. Following his academic achievements, he gained professional experience at McKinsey & Company in Berlin and Palo Alto. Subsequently, Uli served as the Managing Director of Rocket Internet SE in the US and played a key role in overseeing early-stage investments at ProSiebenSat1 SE. Since 2014, he has been an entrepreneur focused on process automation within the finance sector.

Andreas serves as the Global & EMEIA Finance Optimization Cluster Leader for EY Financial Accounting Advisory Services, where he manages a client-centric team supporting CFOs and their finance functions in all aspects of controllership and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with a strong emphasis on process improvement and digital enablement. Since the CFO´s role is developing into a more value-oriented task, Andreas firmly believes that mid-term digitalization, automation, data and process analytics, and systems improvement lie at the heart of an organization's finance transformation journey.

Andreas´ career at EY began in Germany in 1994. With a strong background in Auditing, Accounting and Finance, Andreas has led various, multinational projects for large corporations both listed and privately owned. He is specialized in supporting the finance function to cope with their compliance and regulatory challenges. Hereby his team applies (process) analytics, intelligent automation and technology to optimize the clients´ processes and systems.

Andreas himself is currently heavily involved in enhancing proprietary EY solutions and third-party software in finance with (Gen) AI technologies.  Andreas is a regular speaker on Finance optimization topics at various client events and universities.
