Seamless e-Invoice Processing

You can now upload German e-invoices in ZUGFeRD and xRechnung formats just as easily as PDFs or PNGs—via API, email forwarding, or manual upload. Hypatos automatically detects the format and processes the XML content using AI and LLMs.

For hybrid formats like ZUGFeRD, which combine XML and PDF, the system extracts the embedded XML for efficient processing. Every advanced feature you love—like Master Data Enrichment, Line-Item Matching, and Attribute Prediction—is fully available for e-invoices, ensuring a smooth, automated workflow.

Plus, Hypatos generates a PDF preview of the e-invoice for quick reference in the AP Agent Studio interface or for export to your ERP or workflow system.

2. Platform: Capture and Understand  

• Manage Routing Rules Without the Hassle: Admins can now create, edit, and manage routing rules directly from the user interface—no support tickets needed. It's quicker, simpler, and puts you in control.

• Access Original Email Files: Need the full email, not just the attachment? Our new API lets you retrieve the original email (EML file) for seamless downstream integration or archiving.

• Better Duplicate Detection: No more duplicates slipping through behind your back! We’ve upgraded our duplicate checks to compare key data points, not just document hashes, for extra reliability.

Got a tip or reminder for your team? Add inline comments directly in prompts! These notes make collaboration easier without impacting the LLM’s processing—perfect for clarity and asynchronous teamwork.

• Export e-Invoices with Ease: Send processed invoices straight to Workday, complete with XML data and a PDF preview for quick reviews.

• Support for Custom Work Tags: Whether it’s Projects or Locations, you can now include custom work tags in draft invoices sent to Workday
